Make sure that the gender, sizes and color are accurate, that the shipping mode is the one you chose, and ABOVE ALL, that the products you ordered are the right ones. Unused products purchased at regular price may be exchanged within 7 DAYS of reception using secure packaging. Products bought on sale have a FINAL SALE status and thus may NOT BE RETURNED. Return shipping fees are to be paid entirely by the customer, except when the product has a manufacturing problem. Only UNUSED products in their original box or wrapping will be accepted for return.

Each exchange request will be assessed by our Customer Service. Before returning a product, you must get a return number (RA#) from our Customer Service. PLEASE contact us at or using the "Live chat"  BEFORE sending products back. Absolutely no return will be accepted without a valid RA number. Your return number is valid for a period of 10 business days. After this period, no exchange or refund will be possible. Refund is possible for Paybright customer in a period of 7 days.

You may put in a claim for a defective product by contacting Customer Service at: You must then return the product in its original packaging, along with the return number you were given, and a copy of your invoice (or other proof of purchase). Qlassic will pay return transportation fees only in case of shipment error. In all other cases, return transportation fees will be paid by the customer (to and from our warehouse). Before initiating return procedures, digital pictures may be used for verification purposes.






We do not offer return nor refund outside of Canada. The only exception would be if a product has a manufacturing defect that is confirmed by our suppliers or a mistake order. If this is the case, a photo and a detailed description must be emailed within 3 days after receiving your order to We will replace or credit the item. Decision is at the discretion of Qlassic. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
